We got our first Christmas tree this weekend. We went up to Stony Creek Farm in Noblesville to ride the hayride and then cut down our own tree. Unfortunately we were about a weekend too late and all of the good trees were gone. We ended up buying a precut tree at a local nursery.
That night we decorated it - and in our opinion it's the perfect tree! (The kitties think so too - they like to drink out of the water in the stand.)

Yay for updating the blog! I thought maybe you gave up. I like the tree. Matt and I are debating between a real or fake tree. We were curious how the cats would do with a real one.
